**Job Description**:
The Senior GRC Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CRO while also assisting the GRC team with various tasks.
Working in a cross-functional role as part of the Strategy & Operations team, this person will support all pillars of GRC - managing the GRC inbox, processing PO requests, scheduling meetings and coordinating forums - and manage the CRO agenda.

**Tasks**
**1. Executive Support to the CRO**:
- Manage and maintain the CRO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritise incoming requests, ensuring appropriate follow-up and timely responses.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of board meetings, presentations, and other high-level meetings as required.
**2. Administrative Support to the Group Risk and Compliance Team**:
- Assist with the coordination and organisation of team meetings, including agenda preparation and meeting minutes.
- Manage the GRC inbox, categorising and directing requests, and handling basic inquiries in a professional manner.
- Process incoming POs or redirect them to the appropriate approver.
- Support the access and permissions to GRC platforms, maintaining and updating risk and compliance databases and documentation.
- Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of training programs related to risk and compliance.

**Qualifications**:
**Education / professional qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or relevant work experience
**Background experience**
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role in a complex environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in production of Management information
- Experience of remote working within a dispersed team
**Computer / program knowledge**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Experience in content-management tools
**Company, product and market knowledge**
- Knowledge of risk and compliance principles and practices is a plus
**Management and leadership**
- Must possess the ability to positively engage others
**Languages**
- Fluent in English
