Boles Bakery C.I.C is a small community bakery in Bicester. We make show stopping treats as well as tasty savoury options for corporate events, weddings, food festivals, wholesale and direct to customer.

We have an exciting opportunity for a baker to join our small but expanding community bakery in Bicester.

We are ideally looking for someone with experience in sourdough, yeasted dough and pastry to develop and grow our range of savoury baked items. Although this will be the focus, there will also be baking of traybakes, cookies and other sweet treats involved.

We offer in house training and the opportunity to progress within the bakery.

Work-life balance is important to us and we make sure breaks are taken, free bread and pastries are available on shifts, and we are considerate when doing the weekly rotas.

Pay starts at £11/hr dependent on experience.

Holiday pay and staff pensions are included.
