**The role involves**:

- Greeting customers and locating/creating their file on the systems.
- Recording the inbound weight of the vehicle.
- Directing customers to relevant areas.
- Recording outbound weight of vehicles (once material have been deposited).
- Producing, cash, electronic or ticket payments.
- Monitoring site CCTV.
- be able to confidently and professionally handle customer disputes.
- have a high attention to detail.
- have pride in the standards of their work.

**Job type**: Full time

**Full time hours**: 07:30 - 16:00 Monday - Friday AND two Saturdays per month

**Hourly pay rate**: £12.00

Position is available for immediate start following a successful interview and DBS check.
