A fantastic opportunity for a chef who wants good training within a company that offers excellent opportunities to progress. A City Centre fresh food restaurant with excellent reviews and reputation, is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic **Chef de Partie** to join the stable kitchen team. The Modern British menu is created using locally sourced fresh seasonal produce cooked to rosette standards. In this role of Chef de Partie you will be preparing dishes for the restaurant andprivate dining rooms whilst ensuring the smooth running of your section.

**Requirements**:
A Chef de Partie or very strong Demi Chef de Partie who has been working in good quality fresh food kitchens is required for this role. It is also important that you have the right attitude and are willing to learn new skills.
