**As an Agency Support Worker you must**:

- **Have the right to work in the UK**(essential)
- Have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desired)
- Have 12 months prior experience in a UK healthcare setting (essential)
- Have experience working with Children and Young People
- Have a level 3 in Children and young people

**Skills**
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and their families.
- Experience in childcare or working with children is highly desirable.
- Ability to drive and transport children safely as required.
- Familiarity with developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and communication.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to support children's growth and well-being.4
