Senior IT Procurement Lead

Fast-paced and agile FinTech brands are looking for an experienced Procurement Lead who has previously worked for Tech start up organisations or similar, to join their team and lead on all Digital/Technical projects. You will be experienced in end to endprocurement processes and act as an advisor on best practices and routes to market for the supply of all IT/digital/cloud services for the business.

You will deal with digital services/software providers on a regular basis for current projects with a view to setting up longer-term strategies and commercial modeling for future development programmes, as the business develops and grows. You will work closelywith the senior management team and IT function to set up robust contracts along with the wider business to ensure constant support is given during a period of rapid growth. You will set up frameworks and agreements with IT providers, incorporating KPI's andSLA's to ensure that effective supplier management can be incorporated and strong relationships can be formed. You will set pricing and commercial models for all digital/cloud services and implement procurement best practice throughout the business, workingwith the COO and the commercial team to gain buy in and promote long term process improvement.

**Key Skills**
- Previous experience of working for a Tech/start up company within procurement
- Experience of procurement within digital/cloud/tech services
- Previous FinTech experience is desirable
- Used to working in a fast paced/agile working environment
- Implementing future buying strategies and procurement best practice
- Managing suppliers effectively - KPI/SLA's/penalties (ideally for cloud/digital/IT/SaaS suppliers)
- Experience of being the procurement advisor for the organisaton - SME/Start-up
- Working with other business units - tech teams/commercial/legal
