**Who we are seeking**

We are now recruiting Deck Fitters to join the Sunseeker family. As a Sunseeker Deck Fitter, you will have your work admired across the globe, in world famous marinas.

You'll be based at one of Sunseeker sites within Poole, Dorset. You'll have the opportunity to work at our largest sites within our award-winning workforce, truly becoming a part of the Sunseeker family.

**Example responsibilities include**

As a Sunseeker Deck Fitter, you will work across the numerous boat lines of our extensive product range, completing work packages within teams, fitting large structures including flybridges, patio doors, spa tubs and wetbars. You will be working with a variety of materials, mainly GRP where you'll be cutting GRP components, drilling, tapping and fitting GRP mouldings as well as completing all external glazing of the hulls and decks. With customer variation across every product, a Sunseeker Deck Fitter will get to experience it all.
- Is easily able to read and understand scaled drawings (1:10s)
- Drives to achieve a high standard of work when given tight tolerances and high value products
- Seeks to pursue perfection, with a coachable and engaged attitude

**Our working patterns**
- Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30 | Overtime (x1.5) widely available
- Night Shift | Monday-Thursday, 18:00-04:30
- Weekend overtime is widely available.
