Job Description:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities-
Localize and execute the marketing plan for UK&I based on the EMEA Marketing strategy and plan.-
Drive demand generation in UK&I, both offline and online.-
Optimize and measure the success of the different activities and initiatives.-
Report on the impact of leads, opportunities, cost per lead, cost per opportunity and the overall return on marketing investment.- Personal AttributesAbility to work productively within a virtual team environment as well as independently.-
Is flexible and adaptable in approach.-
Ability to build strong working relationships, especially the local sales team.-
Ability to collaborate across functions and regions within a multicultural environment.-
Initiative-taking, flexible, quick to adjust, and focused on execution and results.- SkillsFluency in English (written & spoken). -Events and conferences management.-
Digital savviness in terms of executing local campaigns over different tools and channels.-
Experience with CRM (e.g. salesforce), marketing, and social media tools is an advantage (e.g. Pardot, LinkedIn and Sitefinity).-
Persuasive communication and people skills - written and verbal.-
Propensity to respond to deadlines ahead of schedule.-
Meticulous and analytical with strong planning skills.-
Strong organizational skills-
Experience collaborating with external partners and suppliers.-
Ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.QualificationsA bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, business, or related fields is desirable.-
A master’s degree in marketing or related fields is an advantage.- Knowledge & ExperienceMinimum 2-5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in a similar position and within a global organization.-
Basic knowledge of B2B marketing.-
Previous experience in a technology SaaS company would be a great advantage, ideally in the financial services/legal sectors.
