Employer Partnership Team Manager

In this role, you will ensure the delivery of an end to end employability programme through performance management of a team of Employer Solutions Consultants based in each of the offices. The Restart Contract spans across 10 offices including Banbury, Reading,Basingstoke, and Brighton.
You will also be working with strategic and operational teams across the business to engage and account manage key employer relationships, track outcomes and deliver continuous improvement to systems and processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage team performance against agreed targets and key performance indicators
- Management and development of the team using monthly and bi-annual performance tools while encouraging collaboration, standardisation and best practice across the team
- Promote the Service Offer to employers and internal operational functions through relationship management and sales
- Maintain a good understanding of the local/regional labour market and employer needs in order to inform customers and operational delivery
- Advise and develop the team to support employers through the promotion of adapted recruitment approaches and techniques such as personality-based interviews, work trials, job carving, reasonable adjustments, funding available, inclusion in national initiatives
We are looking for individuals that have the following:
- Experience of managing a team of at least 10, ideally based across multiple locations
- Experience of working in Employability, Welfare to work, Work based learning or Recruitment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Knowledge of the local labour market and social challenges
- Experience of using CRM systems to track and report performance coupled with strong all-round IT skills
The company offers loyalty, investment in staff and progression. The salary is between £32,000 and £37,500 and the job role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis. You will be based in the field and also working from home.
