Nurses who are willing to undertake an internally delivered coaching and mentorship programme and to support our core care practitioners receive an annual salary of GBP 43,460 (pro rata, based on 39 hours per week). Nurses who prefer to focus on delivering great care will receive an annual salary of GBP 39,120 (pro rata, based on 39 hours per week). Overlooking the beautiful Warwickshire countryside, it's a wonderfully calm and welcoming space, designed to help us deliver personalised care in a warm, supportive and safe environment.
