Skilled Laborer

**Overview**
We are an established building company working on residential and commercial projects in South East Kent. We have a small team of trades and we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team This role involves various tasks that require physical stamina and a willingness to learn new skills. As a Skilled Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Working alongside other trades in a small team, you will work on various sites in Canterbury, Ashford, and Margate. Must have own transport to get to work, and be reliable.

**Responsibilities**
- Carry out general labouring duties on-site, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
- Assist tradespeople with their tasks, ensuring tools and materials are readily available.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Operate basic machinery and tools safely under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute positively to team efforts.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a labouring or construction role
- Ability to perform physical tasks
- ability to work well within a team.
- A valid driving licence is required
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on varied responsibilities.
- A good understanding of health and safety practices in a construction environment is desirable.

Pay: £115.19-£121.11 per day

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
