- Shifts may include -_

Monday and Friday 8am-7pm

Tuesday-Wednesday 8am-4.30pm
- Saturday - 8am - 4.30pm_
- Nights - 8pm-8am_

**About Us**

At Yorhealth we provide nurse-led care for children and young adults with complex medical care needs 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

**About the Role**

This role includes supporting a young adult with a variety of complex needs including but not limited to:

- Neurological Conditions
- Conditions with required Tracheostomy
- Conditions with required Ventilation
- Conditions with requirement of peg feeding
- Variety of learning difficulties

I am a cheeky chap who enjoys going to school. I need someone who will help me with my daily activities at school.

When I am at home, I like to listen to Pulse 1 radio station, going for walks, going on bus rides, listening to Dr Seuss stories (I find it really funny when people get it wrong), I also enjoy having my own time in bed.

I am learning to be an independent young man, and I will ask to help out with getting dressed or getting washed, please let me explore this help as much as possible.

Family is very important to me, and I am always involved in daily home life, I enjoy telling my mum and sister about what I have been doing that day.

**About You**
- We are looking for a warm and friendly individual who has a passion for young people’s wellbeing and have a caring and patient nature.
- An understanding of the developmental and educational needs of children and young people
- Current Clinical Competence is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
- An NVQ level 3 in the relevant area is desirable.
