The role
- Assisting with the preparation for Audits
- Assisting with the Monthly management accounting process and Payrolls across the group
- Assisting with all aspects of sales and purchase ledger administration
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing expenses for company employees
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register
- Posting of other monthly journals
- Complete Balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting the Financial Controller

For success in this role you require:

- Excellent knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll,
- Working knowledge of Xero accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
- High level of accuracy and ability to spot numerical differences
- Experience of assisting with Audits
- Analytical approach and skills
- Excellent, friendly communication skills
- Methodical approach and attention to detail
- Be self motivated and able to work from home
- Ability to work to tight deadlines

Part-time hours: 27.5 per week

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 to £12.25 per hour
