**The Role**

We are looking for a Business Support Advisor to join our Operations team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Business Support team provide internal administrative support to our sales channels and externally to Golden Charter partners including Funeral Directors and Intermediary sales advisors. The purpose of the role is to ensure we are the provider of choice through building strong and productive relationships within sales and service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to our sales channel and partners
- Manage access to our partner portal and associated company websites
- Provide Funeral Director Invoice Amounts (FDIA) quotes to Funeral Directors on request
- Produce ad-hoc reports as required
- Work within agreed objectives and behavioural framework to achieve individual and company KPIs
- Other administrative and channel specific tasks as required

**Essential criteria**:

- Educated to GSCE level or equivalent and in possession of good grades in English and Maths
- Demonstrable experience with a track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction
- Must be accurate, numerate and data literate with specific emphasis on exemplary oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential
- Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to provide support via phone and virtual communications
- Excellent organiser, with sharp attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and cope under pressure
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively to colleagues and clients
- Work co-operatively with others to achieve a common goal
- Ability to empathise and engage authentically while discussing sensitive issues
- Ability to work to high quality standards
- Ability to manage own workload
