**Residential Childcare Worker**

**Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)**

Are you a dedicated and passionate individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people? Our client, an independent provider of therapy services, is seeking compassionate Residential Childcare Workers to join their residential home, which focuses on providing a safe and nurturing space for children and young people with profound learning disabilities (LD) complexities.

**About the Role**:
As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment for our children and young people. Your dedication and commitment will help them thrive and develop independence, trust, and respect.

**Key Duties**:

- Serve as a positive role model for children and young people.
- Take responsibility for the safeguarding and wellbeing of young people.
- Support with day-to-day routines and lead various activities.
- Encourage and foster independence.
- Develop professional and trusting relationships with the children and young people.
- Accurately record and update information in care plans.
- Conduct key work sessions.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.

**What We Need**:

- Dedication, passion, and loyalty.
- Resilience and the ability to adapt to challenging situations.
- Full UK Driver's License.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns, including sleep-ins.
