This team effectively handle a series of diverse third-party suppliers to ensure SLA’s and adherence are achieved in a timely and quality way, which are defined within the client contracts.

As a member of this dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to learn about Portfolio Servicing and to enhance your knowledge across several supplier functions. You’ll be required to manage the performance of a variety of suppliers, engaging with clients to discuss the performance of the suppliers and production of performance monitoring documentation.

Based on your contracted hours (FTE) you will work a fixed working pattern Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, remaining flexible for business needs. And as we're all currently working from home remotely, we do intend to return to the office when appropriate.

**What key responsibilities will you have?**

Working closely with the Supplier Relationship Manager and other relationship consultants you will assist with the day-to-day responsibilities of the team including:

- Ensure that third parties adhere to their contractual obligations and agreed SLA's
- To maintain the agreed governance model
- Deal with escalated issues and resolve or escalate as required
- Compile service review reporting
- Provide insightful analysis to various aspects of the relationship
- Adhere to the risks and controls within the third-party management team
- Develop Continuous Improvements focused on cost benefits and enhancing the customer experience
- Remain compliant to all regulations, legislation, and policies including H&S
- Pro-actively manage, report, and mitigate risks
- Attend client governance

**What will you bring to the role?**

- Ideally you will have a good internal network that you can develop further to allow effective working relationships, coupled with excellent customer service skills
- Highly competent in demonstrating excellent communication, able to convey and articulate ideas to a wide variety of audiences, whilst managing multiple complex activities through problem solving skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, possessing good time management, being able to deliver within SLA’s
- Passionate about customer delivery with evidence of championing and maintaining strong delivery to a large client and customer base
