As Administrator you will assist with a variety of tasks at the Practice, specifically working alongside the clinical team and the Practice Management to deliver care ensuring the service users needs are met. This will involve responding to patient requests in a timely manner, handling all internal and external enquiries, acting as a chaperone when needed, processing patient letters and notes and allocating pathology results.

As someone who has experience of working in a customer service role and thrives in a role which is busy and varied, your ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities will be crucial. You will also have experience of using common IT packages and be able to learn new systems quickly. Previous healthcare experience of knowledge of SystemOne would be desirable.
