We are now looking for a **full time Food and Beverage Assistant** to join our exceptional Food & Beverage Team.
Working 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
Weekend and bank holiday working is required.

Looking after our guests is our key priority. As a **Food and Beverage Assistant **you will assist in the service of food and beverages in our elegant Lounge and Cocktail Bar, our Fine Dining Restaurant and Brasserie ensuring our guests receive the very best service. Our aim is to create distinctly memorable experiences and so we strive to make every meal an occasion for our guests.

**What we are looking for**:

- Enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for food, drinks and people.
- Excellent customer care and communication skills
- The ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Be very well presented and able to remain calm under pressure.
