**£18,000 - £30,000 Basic - OTE in 1st Year £40,000**

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced **Sales Executive** to work for our established vehicle leasing company. Based in Telford, you will be part of a team of 12 tasked with selling vehicle finance packages to existing customers andprospects.

Basic salary starts at £18k, **depending on experience**, with the realistic potential for on-target earnings of £35k-£40k in the 1st year. Progression within the company could rapidly lead to a senior role - including a higher basic and anOTE annual bonus.

** NEW COMMISSION SCHEME**

**Get paid sooner You will pilot the new commission scheme based on _ orders_, not deliveries. Changes to the commission scheme have been made and enhanced, to help ease the cost of living. This decision has not only been made based on cost of living, but also due to manufacture delays and lead times within our industry.**

**Hours 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday, with Saturday working required only when under target.**

**About the role**

As a Telesales Executive, you will generate and close sales using your own initiative and sales expertise, as well as gaining leads from extensive marketing generation. You will need to be tenacious with a can do attitude willing/wanting to make the calls.

Your responsibilities will include:

- **Cold calling** and self-generate leads and traction from local and nationwide business’s
- Advising which deal would suit the customer best.
- Preparing your best quote from the panel of lessors and manufacturers we have access to.
- Quoting the customer in writing within an hour of agreeing their requirement.
- Following up all quotes on the same day to discuss further and obtain order.
- Organising meetings via teams, zoom, skype etc
- On receiving order, to check credit rating and affordability and if suitable send all relevant paperwork to chosen Lessor.
- Keep in touch with all prospects and customers, advising them of best deals available and all the latest industry news.

**What you'll need**

To be successful in this Telesales Executive role you will be a target driven Salesperson with at least 2 years sales experience, preferably within the Vehicle/Finance industry.
- You must be a competent writer of business letters, quotations and proposals.
- You will be required to attend FCA training and our lessor training courses.
- You will need to pass annual tests relevant to our products and regulatory bodies, to gain certification within our business.
- You will need to act with integrity and follow the five codes of conduct at all times.
