If so, Zatori are currently partnered with one of the UK’s leading Pension Consultancies. We are helping them build a brand-new Member Experience team The new team is designed to act as the first point of contact for members, handling queries regarding their benefits held within a variety of pension schemes.

The role is based onsite in the Bristol office, working on a shift pattern between the hours of 8am to 6pm.

If you currently have experience working within financial services then great If not the role will come with fantastic training, with the overall goal of giving you all the tools you need to be successful in the role

**A little about the role**:
**You will act as the first point of contact for members covering the following**:

- Handle queries via incoming telephone calls and other customer contact channels where applicable or required.
- Proactively working alongside the pension admin and operations teams to help manage queries around existing cases and facilitating early resolutions.
- Helping to assess the overall customer experience through the analysis of feedback, following up where necessary to help develop our member proposition.

There will also be the opportunity to provide support to the pension operations team, allowing for variety during the working day.
