We are looking for someone who has knowledge of fire regulations, health and safety and water temperature safety.

You need to have the ability to carry out re-decoration work, general repairs, basic plumbing, garden maintenance and complete relevant paperwork for all checks carried out.

5 hours per day, Monday to Friday. Emergency on-calls and ability to do overtime to suit the needs of the business.

Part-time hours: 25 per week

Pay is negotiable dependent on ability and experience.
