**Renault Cardiffseeks an experienced motor retail sales executive to join our busy dealership on the Penarth Road (CF11).**
You will be joining a high-performing Sales Team that prides itself on providing excellent customer care, based at our high profile dealership. Our large, lively showroom features new cars from the popular Renault and Dacia ranges.

You will also be selling add-ons, e.g. finance, insurance, extended warranties, service plans and other add-ons, all of which enhance your own personal earnings. You will be welcomed by our friendly and highly-motivated team who currently sit high in nationalleague tables for units sold and customer satisfaction (NPS score).

Strong public demand has led to us opening up this exciting job vacancy where you will be helping us to showcase and sell the latest models including all-new hybrid versions of Clio, Captur and Arkana. The all-electric Zoe is popular as ever and order bankshave opened for the _all-new_ Megane E-Tech 100% Electric.

We also host the Dacia brand which has models like the Sandero super-mini, the Duster and the all-new 7-seater Jogger. These are sensible and affordable options for customers in the current times and we have strong pipeline enquiries for upcoming new models.

Furthermore you must hold a Full UK Driver’s license in order to be considered for this role. It is essential for our company car insurance, carrying out test drives and eligibility to our Company Car scheme.

**Hours of work**
- 4 weekdays + Saturday and alternating Sundays
- 8:30am to 6:00pm weekdays.
- Saturdays 8:30am to 5pm.
- Sundays 10am to 4pm.
- One regular weekday off per week

**In return we offer a basic salary of £20,000 per annum, uncapped commission OTE £50,000 pa plus a demonstrator car from day one.**

Currently we are paying 85% of the commission per unit on _order take_, with the remainder paid on handover. This means you can immediately earn with us
