Product Marketing Specialist

**Job Overview**:
This exciting opportunity is for an experienced marketing specialist to join our team in Cambridge, UK on a 12-month contract.
This position offers a chance to work with a wide range of teams from across the company to promote the support services we offer and work to align messaging across the business.
This role includes understanding our customers’ business and technical requirements and helping to evolve our support services and business models to improve their experience and success. This requires working with other marketing teams to align messaging,and assisting the product team with generating leads for the various products and services. The role will also involve promotional activities to our existing customers and development of approaches to scale these through process and automation improvements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Obtain a strong understanding of our customer’s support requirements, identifying opportunities to improve their experience and increase the likelihood of them getting to market quickly and efficiently with high quality Arm based products.
- Working with the product managers to align messaging and provide marketing support for online tools like IP Explorer.
- Investigating approaches to scale personalised and targeted marketing to existing customers.
- Prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Work with the Enterprise Marketing Team within Arm to ensure that support and training services are well represented in Arm’s outbound marketing.
- Develop and maintain website content and messaging.
- Own our Group’s customer-facing communications including Training News and the Support Hub Update.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Proven track record in marketing, preferably for technical services.
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively across different media and different countries.
- Experience with using marketing automation tools like Marketo.
- Ability to schedule and prioritize own workload and plan tasks.
- Able to work well within and across teams.
- A good understanding of Arm technologies, products and markets is an advantage.
