We require a Trade supervisor to help manage and run our busy Trade department.

You’ll be a dynamic part of the team, getting stuck in and leading by example. Whether you’re helping customers or in the office keeping our standards high, customer satisfaction is always at the front of your mind.

Role responsibilities
- Mentor, lead and manage 3 team members offering support and guidance when required
- Process all paperwork pertaining to trade contracts for supply of goods
- Able to (or willing to learn) read from architectural plans
- Ensure all administrative processes are compliant
- Take ownership of producing pertinent reports
- Deliver ad hoc administrative/office assistance
- Customer facing - able to converse on all levels
- Be highly organised and able to prioritise your own workload
- Exceptional knowledge of all MS Office packages
- Previously supervised junior team members
- Able to actively demonstrate a ‘can do attitude’
- Be self-managed and highly motivated

Ideally you will have previous industry knowledge or a background in construction, with experience using fenestration software such as Window designer, Tommy Trinder, Business Micros Etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wellingborough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- office supervision: 1 year (preferred)
