**Duties**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties - Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms - Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them - Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters - Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value

**Experience**: - Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson - Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills - Excellent administrative and organizational skills If you are passionate about real estate and possess the necessary skills to excel in this role, we invite you to apply. - Monday to Friday
