We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a **Junior office Administrator** to join our successful and dynamic group of companies based in the heart of Cheshire. At The Boulton Group we pride ourselves on providing each of our customers & clients with a world class service so you will be driven, full of personality and give 100% in everything you do. **No Experience is required**
**Duties **include but will not be limited to**:
- Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary
- Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing post and couriers
- Photocopying, faxing, binding and filing all company documents
- Booking meeting rooms and organising refreshments
- Updating contact lists on the company database
- Providing support to reception during busy periods
- Assisting the office managers with regular health and safety checks
- Ad-hoc secretarial duties, including running personal errands and booking lunches
- Any other duties as required
**About You**:
- Positive & Friendly can do attitude
- Extremely organised
- Able to prioritise a changing to-do list
- Excellent attention to detail
- Can use initiative as well as following instructions
- Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
- Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
- Polite telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
