The role is not a call centre position it involves telephone based duties and administration.
**Salary**: £21,154 per annum
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm - no weekend work
Day to Day Duties:
- As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:
- Taking customer orders over the telephone
- Checking stock
- Liaising with customers
- Informing customers of their delivery times
- Updating the in house system
- Administration duties
Essential Skills:
- Ability to multi task with great attention to detail.
- Excellent telephone manner and a team player
Desirable Experience:
Previous Customer Service experience, this can be in a customer facing role or telephone based.
