Due to growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a **Recruitment Advisor** to join Stannah on an initial 6-month Fixed Term Contract.
As the successful Recruitment Advisor, you will be joining a team that is passionate about sourcing the very best talent to support the company’s ambitions, focusing on continuous improvement whilst providing an efficient and effective recruitment service to all the Stannah Group.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, you will be office-based with the opportunity to work remotely to suit the business needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide recruitment-related support to the hiring managers of all vacancies end to end, advising on talent sourcing and ethical recruitment.
- Manage and maintain the ATS and external job boards, creating vacancies, ensuring they are up to date, and in line with the current vacancies
- Support the pre-screening stage, conducting telephone screening & video interviews
- Promote the employer brand using a variety of methods such as social media and the coordination of external recruitment fairs and events
**Minimum Requirements/Qualifications**:
- Good standard of basic education
- Proven experience within a recruitment or HR position
