A New Beautiful 30 bedded Nursing Home in Derby is looking for a dedicated **Night Senior Care Assistant.**

You will report to the Deputy and Home Manager and be the point of call for all Care Assistants and below roles. Your main role will include supervising and being a role model to your peers as well as the duties of a normal Senior.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Must have at least two years of experience as a Senior and demonstrate good experience in leadership.
- Strong organization skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, and their families.
- Excellent understanding of IT systems, such as word, excel. Good management of iPad, and phones and understanding of the need to document accurately
- Desirable knowledge of PCS and RADAR.
- Have an NVQ level of 2 or 3 In Health and Social Care
- Be medication administration trained
