We are a privately run day nursery in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk and are looking for someone with a childcare qualification, full and part time staff within our Baby room and Tweenies room.

The successful applicant will hold a relevant and recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare and will be employed on a full/part time basis.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

- To participate in providing a caring, safe, learning environment for children/babies.
- Be aware of the signs and symptoms of possible abuse and to report all concerns without delay.
- To promote the child's physical, emotional and social development.
- To assist in the provision of all child care activities.
- Maintain good standards of hygiene for all children/babies.
- Work as a team, building good relationships with children, parents and staff.
- To have a good working knowledge of the Nursery and its policies.
- Work within the guidelines and have a good working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Attend regular staff meetings and training programme.
- Promote the good name and reputation of the Nursery both externally and through good relationships with parents and prospective parents.
- Have a good working knowledge of the Nursery and its policies

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: Up to £23,000.00 per year
