- The Role

The Head of Cyber Security and Deputy CISO is a senior level executive, reporting to the CISO, who is responsible for the highly effective and smooth operational execution excellence across all areas of H&B Security. This is a very hands-on role, with the key responsibility to create a highly collaborative environment between all H&B Security teams and all relevant business stakeholders.

Strategy creation and execution are key requirements, together with a strong passion for Cyber Security and its amazing ability to make a real difference in protecting customers, partners and employees. Although desirable, existing cyber security and incident response experience is NOT a key requirement.

- being a ‘Town Planner', by knowing how to take products/services and commoditized them (Town Planner as defined by Wardley Mapping)

**Areas of responsibility**:
Supported by an experience team, best in class technology and highly qualified 3rd parties, here are the areas of responsibility for this role:

- Security strategy improvement and execution
- Overall security architecture and roadmap of appropriate security technologies
- Ensuring that Privacy and Trust are at the center of all H&B Security activities
- Ensure all H&B teams are in a healthy state, with effective team management, personal development plans, training and work life balance
- Managing internal H&B operations and services
- Deploying H&B Security services to the wider business (services delivered by the multiple H&B Security teams)
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all functions and 3rd party suppliers
- Drive continuous hiring processes and talent discovery
- Manage budgets and drive financial visibility and accountability across all H&B Security functions
- Drive the wide use of Automation and visualization/dashboards across all H&B Security activities
- Align H&B Security ways of working and continuous improvement plans, with the best-practices and guidance provided by the H&B Product and Continuous Improvement teams

Drive the adoption of Wardley Maps, namely: Mapping, Doctrine, Climatic Patterns and Game Play
