**Secondary Sports Cover Supervisor - Winchester**

**About the role**:
Are you highly motivated and a driven Cover Supervisor or Sports Coach with a passion for sport?

Engage Education is currently looking for a dedicated Sports Specialist Cover Supervisor to join a school in Winchester. This is a full-time, long-term role.

You will receive training provided by the school and Engage Education, and will be a part of a close and dynamic team. This role has very little planning and marking. The school is supportive and accessible by public transport. They focus on ensuring that students are taught a broad and balanced curriculum as well as ensuring that they leave with an array of skills to help them in their adult lives.

**About you**:

- Experience working with students aged 11-16
- Passion for sports
- Confident managing behaviour
- An ability to build rapport with students
- Have a fun but firm presence
- An interest in education
