We work closely with primary schools across inner and outer London who are looking for talented graduates who wish to pursue a career in education, to support teachers in the classroom whilst gaining invaluable experience and support.

Our aim is to place you at a school that would benefit your future career plans which would include arranging and coordinating your trial day.

Teaching Assistants work alongside the class teachers and offer in class intervention and booster sessions. You will also offer booster and intervention in out of class sessions and work alongside pupils who may be preparing for SATS or are have difficulties with certain topic areas.

You would be working with the class teacher to develop accelerated reading and SPAG with pupils to ensure all students are given the full support they deserve, whilst boosting their development.
