We have an exciting role available to work in Fenwick Bond Street as Brand Specialist in our Womenswear department; we are on the lookout for passionate people who are experts in all things women's accessories and want to showcase the very best of their knowledge to our customers. Are you the expert that we are looking for?

**About the role**

You will be our Maxmara product expert in-store. You will work shoulder to shoulder to assist the Sales Manager an will work alongside your team, coaching and developing them whilst role modelling excellence to surprise and delight our customers.

You will ensure all customer queries are handled effectively whilst coaching and developing the team and leading the pack with your knowledge. You will work with pride and passion to drive productivity and sales. You will also work closely with the MaxMara concession partners to give valued feedback on sales/productivity.

We look for warm and welcoming people, who are adaptable, courageous, innovative, and goal-orientated to join us on our exciting journey. As well as these key characteristics, this role also requires some specific skills and experience to succeed
- Experience in a senior sales or similar role/business (Essential)
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- A strong interest in Fenwick and the brands we sell
