**Location: Wigan**
**Salary: £23K-£25.5K depending on experience**
**Experience level: Optical experience desirable, Administration experience essential**
At Specsavers, our Contact Lens Admin are the support pillar of the Contact Lens Department.
The main aim of this role is to ensure that all contact lens customers are assisted quickly and efficiently, helping to maintain a smooth customer journey.
Your role is essential to uphold the efficient running of the clinic, all customer aftercare and to guarantee the best all-round customer experience.
Day to day tasks will include;
- Diary Management
- Deliveries
- Ordering
- Customer Enquries
- Direct Debit Sign-Ups
You’ll need to be well-organised, approachable and great in a team, understanding the flexibility required to meet the changing needs of the store.
