**Responsibilties**

As Kitchen Team Leader it will be your responsibility to teach and lead a small team producing our new fast food offering in a food hall setting in the middle of kings Heath. We will be working with fresh produce.

Also you will be responsible for;
- Ensuring preparation of the food.
- In charge of service and making sure it is ran efficiently.
- Placement of orders.
- Due diligence.
- Communicating with your line manager, co team leader and your team.
- We expect from you a can do attitude, energetic and positive

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
