**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **kind, reliable, and compassionate female personal assistant** to support an elderly woman who is bed-bound and living with dementia. The role involves **day-to-day personal care and companionship**, with the aim of providing dignified, holistic support that makes a real difference in her life.
**Two PA's required for this role at 40hrs per week each.**

️ **It is essential that the PA speaks Malayalam**, as the client is non-verbal in English and communication is key to her wellbeing.

No prior experience is necessary — **full training will be provided**.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Personal hygiene and care
- Assisting with positioning and mobility (including hoisting - training provided)
- Managing incontinence
- Preventing pressure ulcers and promoting skin health
- Infection control practices
- Light cleaning and domestic tasks
- Preparing simple meals
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Taking the client to social outings in her wheelchair
