MPLOY is looking for a permanent, friendly and people centric _Receptionist _to join our Client’s team in Poundbury Dorchester.

- will look after the day to day running of the Spa whilst ensuring an unparalleled guest experience. You can expect to manage guest enquires, reservations, arrivals and departures.
- believes in being immaculate. Not only will you present yourself in the smartest manner but you will keep your reception and guest facing areas to a pristine standard.
- is system savvy. You will be able to pick up a variety of software systems and may already have experience using CRM, ERP and/or EPOS systems.
- knows the Microsoft Office package well and is especially comfortable in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- is well organised and is a natural multitasker who always remains calm in hectic situations. You won’t struggle following procedures and will be happy to be flexible to support the Spa operation.
- is an articulate communicator with a great standard of written and spoken English. You will liaise with a genuine warmth and knowledge of Spa services / products in a timely manner.
