**Role**:

**Overall responsibilities**:
**Credit control
- **Keep receiveables ledger up to date and chase for payments where necessary
**Sales ledger
- **invoicing sales orders, sending customer statements
**Purchase ledger-** keep updated, billing PO's, managing expenses etc, chase suppliers for invoices and statements where necessary
- Reconcile bank statements
- Monthly management accounts, liasing with accountant for accurate reports
- Prepping VAT returns
- Set up weekly supplier bank payments and action on bank account for approval by finance director
- Needs to have an understanding of accounting principles.
- Be able to work with MS programs including outlook, word and excel
- A knowledge of Netsuite (Oracle) would be great but training will be provided.
**Working Hours**:
Guaranteed 35hrs a week - remote working will be considered for a certain amount of days a week.

**Overall Requirements**:
Due to the nature of the job, a full DBS check will be required along with regular drug and alcohol testing.
Due to the location, you will also need your own transportation.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
