**About the role**:
I'm looking for a highly motivated Strategy Associate to join our team and help us enhance the dealer experience on Motorway. You will be instrumental in identifying, developing, and implementing initiatives that improve our dealers' journey, from onboarding to daily operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and contribute directly to Motorway's continued success.

**In this role, you will**:

- Identify and define initiatives that optimise the dealer experience, clearly articulating their impact and the collaborative efforts required from various teams.
- Lead the execution of new and existing initiatives, taking them from conception to successful implementation and achievement of business goals, adapting strategies as needed.
- Analyse financial and operational data to pinpoint areas for improvement and identify both short-term and long-term opportunities.
- Develop financial models to evaluate opportunities, prioritise initiatives, and establish clear KPIs, including phased goals for collaborating teams.
- Drive and monitor the achievement of goals and KPIs for key initiatives, ensuring effective coordination across partner teams to meet deliverables.

- You have a proven track record of success in consulting, strategy, or operations roles.
- You possess strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively articulate and execute strategies.
- You are a highly organised individual with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can effectively navigate ambiguity.

- Initial Screen with Talent Team - 30 minutes
- Hiring Manager Interview - 45 minutes
- Skills Assessment - 60 minutes
- Exec Interview - 60 minutes
