Are you passionate about providing exceptional care and making a real impact? **Premium Care Solutions** is looking for dedicated, compassionate **Support Workers** to join our specialist team, caring for a **teenager** with complex medical needs in their **own home**.

**About the Role**:
You will be supporting a bright and joyful young person living with:

- **Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE)**
- **Cerebral Palsy**
- **Epilepsy**
- **A tracheostomy**
- **Non-verbal and non-mobile needs**

Despite these medical challenges, our client enjoys being out and about in the **local community**, engaging in sensory activities and social experiences.

**Your Role Will Include**:

- Personal care and daily living support
- Tracheostomy and seizure management (training provided)
- Medication administration
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary care team
- Promoting his independence and well-being through meaningful activities

**We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in complex care (or willingness to undergo full training)
- A patient, reliable, and empathetic personality
- A proactive attitude to helping him thrive in everyday life
- Flexibility to work **day and/or night shifts** on a rota basis:

- Day shift 08:00-20:00
- Waking Night shift 20:00-08:00

**Hourly Rates of Pay**:
£16.50 - Monday - Friday days

£17.50 - Saturday - Sunday days

£17.50 - Monday - Friday waking nights

£18.50 - Saturday - Sunday waking nights

£12.21 - Training rate

**Location**: In the client’s own home
**Shift pattern**: Flexible - full-time, part-time, and bank shifts available
**Start date**: ASAP

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £18.50 per hour
