A well-established Salisbury-based business that works across the south and into London would like you to join their team as their new Purchasing Administrator. Your role will be to provide day to day administrative support to the purchasing department.
Your main duties as the Purchasing Administrator will be;
- Process daily purchase requests/orders
- Maintain records of goods ordered & received
- Handle product queries, credits and returns
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Checking incoming paperwork (correspondence, invoices, order confirmations) and filing accordingly
- Updating purchasing ERP with supplier/ order information such as delivery dates, prices
- Perform other related duties as required
We’d really like to speak to you if you have previous administrative experience, are a team player who is capable of working autonomously, have excellent communications skills, a professional and proactive approach, strong IT skills, and great attention to detail, combined with excellent organisational skills and a passion for accuracy.
