**The Role**

Garden Halls is one of the Intercollegiate Hall of the University, located in Bloomsbury (Cartwright Gardens), built, and managed in partnership with UPP, ensuring that a high-quality student experience is always at the fore front. You will support and deputise the Warden for the pastoral welfare and discipline of student residents, the organisation of social and cultural events, and the fostering of a supportive community spirit within the Halls environment. In addition, to be consulted about proposed changes to Hall facilities, amenities, and policies, and to advise management staff on these matters insofar as they affect the student residents of the Hall. You will be working closely with the Warden to ensure that a high quality student experience is always at the forefront.
