**Location**: Stoke-on-Trent + Hybrid
**Salary**: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
**Working Hours**: Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday

Be a part of our Consumer team where creating and developing products, services and propositions is at the forefront. From the way we interact with our customers, to how we communicate in our campaigns and create data-driven propositions, this is where some of our best ideas are brought to life.

**What you’ll do**
- Work collaboratively with compliance and Business Risk functions (2LOD) as relevant to ensure risk, issue, break and horizon scan management.
- Maintain and improve process and procedure for ongoing management of the risk environment including readiness for compliance’s ongoing monitoring activities, with sufficient evidence as required
- Maintain and improve process and governance of policy adherence across Consumer. Identify gaps and remediation action plans managed to completion.
- Oversight of GMT level owned risks/sub-risk and input into forums and committees, building presentations and reports and presenting and managing the discussion and outcomes
- Working across our partner and outsources teams to assure their compliance with risk and control (including regulatory) commitments

**Who you are**
- Ability to interpret risk, compliance, control and regulatory expectations and build and manage processes to support adherence
- Knowledge of Vodafone operations or experience of operating in an FCA regulated environment with proven experience in being able to establish, implement and manage processes
- Business acumen and commercial awareness, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work on your own initiative
- Team player with the experience to understand how to effectively operate within the team, with key stakeholders and with peers/teams across the organisation and ability to operate within a matrix environment
