Junior Dog Groomer

We are hiring

Our beautiful salon in Haywards Heath is looking for a new groomer on a full time basis.

We are a team of kind and experienced who work together to deliver an award wining service to our customers with a huge variety of dogs from Standard Poodles to rescue dogs. We train continuously across all breed standards, hand stripping, Asian fusion and pet grooms.

Our groomers are important to us and valued. Its our groomers that decide on the length of our grooms - not targets and most groom between 4-5 dogs per day with a strict finish time of 17.30 - no late nights here

We have monthly 1:1s to discuss career development, training wish lists and even developed our own shampoo when a groomer developed a shampoo allergy (we use it to this day and still find it better than any commercial shampoo and its kinder to groomers hands)

We are looking for a recently qualified groomer who is looking to work in a professional, caring environment with a commitment to ongoing training. You must be kind, caring, have excellent grooming skills (be trained a level 3), have both pet trim and breed standard experience, excellent attention to detail and superb customer service experience.

Our salaries are £25,000 - £26,000 plus tips, monthly bonus, pension, 28 days holidays, discounts, free grooming, free parking and ongoing training.

Pay: £25,500.00-£26,000.00 per year
