BDS Recruitment are looking to recruit Care Worker's on a perm basis in an extra care scheme based in Warwick.

Full and part time positions available.

We are recruiting for care workers to work on either Day shifts or Night shifts or a mixture of both if preferred.

**What the role of Care Worker involves**:

- Assisting residents with all aspects of person care needs and requirements.
- Supporting with domestic tasks
- Making meals, drinks, and snacks
- Keep managers and key agencies informed about the wellbeing of residents

**What you need**:

- Experience is preferred, However, not necessary.
- To be kind, friendly and a caring approach
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Commitment to undertake necessary further training
- Reliability and flexibility, use your own initiative and remain calm under pressure
- Must be available for flexible working.

Day care worker to cover shifts between 07.00 - 22.00 - £10.45 - £10.95 per hour.
Night care workers to cover 21.00 - 07.30 - £10.95 - £11.45 per hour.
