**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Household Management**:

- Oversee and coordinate daily household operations, ensuring all activities run smoothly and efficiently.
- Supervise, train, and manage household staff, including but not limited to junior butlers, housekeepers, chefs, chauffeurs, and gardeners.
- Develop and maintain household manuals, procedures, and schedules.
- **Service Excellence**:

- Provide impeccable personal service to the principal and guests, including formal and informal meal service, beverage service, and event hosting.
- Anticipate and fulfil the needs and preferences of the principal and guests to ensure a superior level of satisfaction.
- **Event Planning and Management**:

- Plan, organise, and oversee household events and functions, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless event execution.
- **Household Administration**:

- Manage household budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Maintain inventory and procurement of household supplies, groceries, and other necessary items.
- Handle household correspondence, scheduling, and travel arrangements for the principal.
- **Maintenance and Upkeep**:

- Ensure the property is well-maintained, clean, and presented to the highest standards at all times.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work with contractors and service providers.
- **Security and Confidentiality**:

- Implement and oversee household security measures to ensure the safety and privacy of the principal and guests.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Senior Butler or similar role in a private household or luxury hotel.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Impeccable service orientation with a focus on delivering a high level of satisfaction.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of fine dining, wine service, and event planning.
- Proficient in household management software and basic administrative tasks.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Discretion and trustworthiness due to the confidential nature of the position.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Formal butler training from a recognized institution.
- Certification in hospitality management or a related field.
- Multilingual abilities are an asset.

Pay: £65,056.00-£80,746.00 per year
