**Job Title: Maintenance Assistant**

**Location: Burley Road, Leeds, LS3 1LN**

**Salary: £24,024**

**Hours of Work: 42 hours per week (Working on a 4 on, 4 off basis, between 8am and 8pm)**

**What you will be doing**:

- Providing a friendly and engaging reception service to our residents
- proactively solving all basic maintenance issues - these will include fixing doors, painting walls, cleaning the courtyard and changing light bulbs
- Providing general assistance throughout our villages, such as taking deliveries, moving furniture, waste management and maintaining the grounds
- Ensure that Health and Safety is at the forefront to maintain resident safety
- Most importantly you will be a team player and support your village team
