**Secretary (6-Month contract)** Winchester (£27k pro rata the contract)

We are supporting an award winning client in central Winchester to find an efficient and proactive Secretary for a 6 month contract. The role of the Secretary is to provide comprehensive secretarial and administration support to the teams, fee earners andPartners.

**The Role**
- Calendar management and organisation of meetings
- Maintaining the meeting room booking systems
- Assisting with expenses processes
- Planning travel, research and booking
- Assisting the teams in the production of written or visual material, PowerPoint presentations and marketing material
- Running mail-merge tasks
- Team support, attending weekly meetings and taking action notes and follow up notes.
- Updating databases and report coordination
- General Administration support to the teams

**The Person Qualities**
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task differing priorities
- Having an awareness of the importance of the principles of Data Security and GDPR principles and procedures
- A team payer that is happy to go above and beyond for colleagues
- Happy to support other departments when the needs of the business fluctuate.

**Skills Required**:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Pro, Sharepoint and MS Forms.
