Trainee Injection Moulding Setter

A global leader in the manufacture of dispensing solutions is currently seeking to recruit Trainee Injection Moulding Setters. Working within the processing team, you will learn all aspects of the role, supporting colleagues within the mouldshop. The role offers great entry opportunities into the plastics industry which continually sees year-on-year growth. **_**27,000 - 30,000, rising to 35,000 with experience**_** **_ Working a Panama shift, rotating between days and nights (every other weekend off)_** **_ An excellent benefits package including bonuses, pension contributions of 5%, 4x life assurance cover, 25 days holiday (rising to 30 days with length of service) Bank holidays, annual social events and rewards / gifts_** *** **As a Trainee Injection Moulding Setter, your duties will include -** - Material handling - Tool changing - Monitoring and operation of machines As your skills develop you will also get the opportunity to gain exposure to more elements of the Setter role such as setting machines and resolving moulding issues. - Have either have some experience within injection moulding, or have an engineering/manufacturing qualification, with interest in pursuing a career in manufacturing. - Be practically minded, taking a logical approach to tasks, with the ability to retain data. Based on the outskirts of Leeds, this role is commutable from Barnsley, Sheffield, York, Bradford and Doncaster.
